Andrew

Performance
management is the theme running through Andrew’s work: the use of information
for decision-making. Multi-organisation
and organisation level strategy development and deployment require the
connections to be made with decision-making: improving operational effectiveness
and efficiency, where to investment in new services, strategy review and
regulatory compliance. Andrew’s
work often leads to the downstream implementation of operational and business
intelligence information technology to connect the flow of work from supplier to
customer, with the flow of information from the front-line to the executive
management team. Recent clients references include: NHS Information Centre, BUPA,
the Healthcare Commission, Welsh Assembly Government and Buckinghamshire County
Council.
