Cancellation & privacy

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we will require written notice by 30th September 2008. We will then refund your payment minus an administration fee of 25%. No refunds will be available from 1st October 2008.

All credit or debit card details are shredded and securely disposed of after completion of a transaction. We do not store any of our customers' financial details.
